Sheree Briggs is a psychologist and certified behavioural analyst. Sheree was a psychopaedic training officer at Māngere Hospital in the early 1980s. Her evidence focussed on the aversive practices and neglect that she witnessed during her time working at Māngere Hospital. She also made a number of recommendations on how to improve the care of disabled people today.
